Job Summary:
This role involves designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud computing (Azure, GCP, and AWS), software architecture design, DevOps, and IT security. Hands-on skills with Kubernetes design, multi-cluster operations, container runtimes, and GPU scheduling using device plugins, along with infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible, are essential. The position also requires strong management experience to mentor teams and drive technical vision.
Solutions Architect Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML solutions.
- Provide deep expertise in cloud computing (Azure, GCP, and AWS).
- Provide deep expertise in software architecture design, DevOps, and IT security.
- Utilize hands-on skills with Kubernetes design, multi-cluster operations, container runtimes, and GPU scheduling using device plugins.
- Implement infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible.
- Possess certifications (MSFT/AWS/GCP Solutions Architect).
Manager – AI Engineering Responsibilities:
- Manage AI Engineering teams and projects.
- Mentor team members and drive technical vision for AI/ML initiatives.
- Deliver AI/ML models into production, focusing on real industry experience rather than pure research.
- Leverage 4+ years of LLM experience (fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic).
- Possess 8+ years of ML/Data Science Experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solutions Architect:
- 5+ years of Solutions Architect experience.
- Someone who can help us design, develop, and deliver AI/ML solutions.
- Technical (hands-on experience).
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (Azure, GCP, and AWS).
- Deep expertise in software architecture design, DevOps, and IT security.
- Hands-on skills with Kubernetes design, multi-cluster operations, container runtimes, and GPU scheduling using device plugins; infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible.
- Certifications (MSFT/AWS/GCP Solutions Architect).
- 12+ Years Total Experience (Must Have).
- Manager – AI Engineering:
- 8+ years of management experience.
- 4+ years of LLM experience (fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic).
- 8+ years of ML/Data Science Experience.
- Someone who has been delivering AI/ML models into production (no research but real industry experience).
- Strong ability to mentor, builds teams, and drive technical vision.
- Great communication skills.
- 10+ Years Total Experience (Must Have).
