Job Title: Sr. Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with 5-7+ years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation, specifically focusing on AWS and Kubernetes. This is a hybrid role in Princeton, NJ, requiring local candidates with a Driver’s License for a Face-to-Face interview.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 – 7+ years of experience in infrastructure design/implementation.
  • Kubernetes Administration: 2+ years administering an EKS Kubernetes cluster in a production environment.
  • Security: Strong experience with identifying and remediating Kubernetes vulnerabilities.
  • Maintenance: Experience with Kubernetes patches and upgrades.
  • Multi-Cluster Management: Experience managing multiple Kubernetes EKS clusters in a production environment.
  • AI Technologies: Experience in AI technologies such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex.
  • AWS Services: Strong implementation and architecture experience in AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS, ELB, RDS, EFS, EBS, Route53, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3).
  • On-Prem Datacenter: Expertise in AWS cloud on-prem datacenter services.
  • Container Platforms: Strong experience in container platform infrastructure in AWS (EKS, ECS, Fargate).
  • Container Technologies: Clear understanding of container technologies and associated tools/challenges.
  • Scripting: Ability to code/script in Python or Power Language.
  • System Administration: Senior-level experience managing and administering Linux/Windows based systems.
  • CloudFormation: Extensive AWS CloudFormation knowledge (YAML and/or JSON).
  • Monitoring: Systems monitoring experience (Prometheus, Grafana preferred).
  • CI/CD: Experience working with GitHub and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience delivering projects via Agile methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
  • GCP or Azure Cloud Engineer certification.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be local to Princeton, NJ.
  • Must possess a Driver’s License.
  • Face-to-Face (F2F) interview required.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year
