Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Solutions Architect with a strong background in modern technology stacks, including .NET full stack with Angular/React, TypeScript, and extensive experience on AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience and be capable of jumping into coding when required. This role requires availability to work within the CST/EST time zones and excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Develop and implement full-stack applications using .NET, Angular/React, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on modern technology trends, including GenAI, AI/ML.
- Hands-on coding and development as needed to support project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the technology stack.
- Communicate technical designs and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Technical Requirements
- 12-18 years of experience in software architecture and development.
- Proven expertise in .NET full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Extensive experience with TypeScript.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Experience with modern technology stacks and architectural patterns.
- Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML concepts and applications is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work within CST/EST time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
- Candidates with significantly higher experience who may no longer be hands-on may not be suitable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
