About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail L2 Support Engineer for an onsite position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is specifically for candidates holding H1B visas. You will be supporting TCS, a major client, and will be responsible for L2 application support, monitoring batch jobs, integrations, and data flows, ensuring timely resolution of any failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 Application Support for Oracle Retail modules including Oracle RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL, and Merchandising.
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows, ensuring timely resolution of failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching, Oracle Retail Sales Audit, and Oracle Retail Price Management.
- Perform support and application support tasks to maintain system stability and performance.
- Write and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Utilize Databricks and OIC for data integration and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Eight or more years of experience required.
- Strong L2 Support experience in Oracle Retail modules: Oracle RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL, Merchandising.
- Experience in Application Support: Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows, ensuring timely resolution of failures.
- Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
