Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Angular to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. This is an onsite position for local candidates only. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications, building responsive user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable backend services.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the full stack.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and UI component libraries.
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with Kafka or event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT.
