Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager with a strong background in Agile delivery and the healthcare/pharma sector. This role requires 12+ years of experience and offers a remote work arrangement with occasional on-site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Stage-Gate) for project execution and delivery.
- Employ portfolio management tools such as Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and EazyBI for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in portfolio and project management.
- Proven experience in the Healthcare or Pharma industry.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Stage-Gate methodologies.
- Proficiency with portfolio management tools: Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, EazyBI.
- Possession of Scrum or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
