Role Description:

The Oracle Fusion Program Manager will lead MasTec’s enterprise Oracle Fusion transformation, overseeing Finance, SCM, HCM, Reporting, and Integrations across multiple business segments and legal entities. This role ensures alignment with MasTec’s growth strategy, operational rigor, compliance requirements, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end governance, delivery, and outcomes of MasTec’s Oracle Fusion program.
  • Define and manage the program roadmap, release strategy, milestones, and interdependencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including MasTec business leaders, IT, system integrators, and vendors.
  • Act as the primary interface to CIO, CFO, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage budget, forecasting, change control, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with MasTec security, SOX, audit, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive issue resolution, executive escalations, cutover readiness, and go-live success.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12 years of ERP program management experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proven delivery of large, multi-workstream enterprise programs.
  • Strong executive communication, governance, and leadership capability.

Desirable Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Financials experience.
  • Experience with integrations and reporting.
