Role Description:
This is a contract role for a JIRA Cloud Admin/ Developer located in San Jose, CA. The position requires day-1 onsite presence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with JIRA Cloud administration and operations, conversant in DevOps and Python, and capable of responding to JIRA requests and incident management tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle JIRA Cloud administration and operations.
- Respond to JIRA requests and incident management tickets.
- Manage MIM (Major Incident Management) calls.
- Represent deployment changes in CAB (Change Advisory Board) calls.
- Perform JIRA Migrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with JIRA Cloud Admin and operations.
- Proficiency in DevOps and Python.
- Experience in handling MIM calls and CAB calls.
- Experience with JIRA Migration (JCMA, CCMA).
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Typescript, and Unix.
