Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect/Manager with CIS certification to lead implementation strategies and provide guidance for ServiceNow projects. This role involves requirements definition, solution design, configuration advisory, process improvement, automation, and integration consulting. The ideal candidate will maintain deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) module, to assess and communicate cross-platform impacts of requested changes. You will partner with implementation partners and internal project teams for successful deployment of new SPO functionalities and modules, and provide expertise during ServiceNow version upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Strategy & Guidance: Develop and oversee the strategic implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Requirements Definition: Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Solution Design & Configuration Advisory: Provide expert advice on designing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Integration Consulting: Advise on and guide the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Platform Governance: Ensure best practices and governance standards are maintained across the ServiceNow platform.
- SPO Module Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the overall ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on the SPO module, to assess and communicate cross-platform impacts of requested changes or enhancements.
- Project Collaboration: Partner with implementation partners and internal project teams to successfully deploy new SPO functionalities and modules as business needs evolve.
- Upgrade Support: Provide implementation expertise during regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure the SPO module remains compliant and supported by the vendor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Sourcing and Procurement Operations, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with strong, specific experience guiding the implementation and providing deep support for the SPO module.
- Good familiarity with ITSM and the general ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- Experience in defining and managing requirements for ServiceNow integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consultative communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
