Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager/Analyst with experience in the cards domain. A background in data, including knowledge of Data Mapping and ETL, is a plus.
This role is based in Wilmington, DE, and is for a long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for card-related products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of the card domain (credit cards, debit cards, payment processing).
- Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
