This is an onsite role, and we are looking for local candidates to TX/FL/NJ only. H1b, H4ead, USC, or TN visa holders will be preferred.

Define, create, and document high-level Appian architectural solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Provide development leadership and guide developers on Appian best practices, including SAIL, data modeling, process modeling, and integrations.
Design and implement integrations with external systems, including REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to Appian development standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform performance tuning using Appian Health Check, logs, and monitoring tools.
Approximately 10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years dedicated to Appian.
Appian Certified Lead Developer or Senior Developer certification is highly preferred.
Expert-level proficiency with Appian SAIL, process models, records, reports, and smart services.
Strong integration skills with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Appian.
Background working in Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
