Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epic Willow Inventory Analyst for a 1-year contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Epic Willow Inventory and be comfortable working in a remote environment. Some travel to Southern California may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and support Epic Willow Inventory modules.
- Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform system analysis, testing, and optimization of Epic Willow Inventory workflows.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Assist with upgrades, integrations, and system maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Current Epic Willow Inventory certification (active and in good standing).
- Proven experience working as an Epic Willow Inventory Analyst.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and inventory management processes.
- Experience with system build, testing, and end-user support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large healthcare systems or hospital environments.
- Prior experience with Epic implementations or upgrades.
- Willingness to travel to Southern California as needed.
