Job Description: Tibco Developer

We are seeking a skilled Tibco Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing integrations using TIBCO BW 6.x, BWCE, EMS, and related tools, while working with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust integration solutions using TIBCO BW 6.x and BWCE.
  • Implement and manage messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS.
  • Utilize TIBCO HAWK for monitoring and TIBCO Enterprise Administrator for management.
  • Develop and consume REST APIs.
  • Work with BWstudio for development tasks.
  • Containerize applications using Docker.
  • Deploy applications in Kubernetes/Openshift environments.
  • Ensure proper error handling, logging, and monitoring are implemented in all solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementations.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Perform unit testing to validate the functionality of developed components.
  • Tune application performance for optimal efficiency.
  • Provide support for production environments, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Follow DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with modern monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Experience with API gateways.
