Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer with a focus on Oracle Retail Merchandising systems. This role involves supporting critical retail applications, monitoring batch jobs and integrations, and ensuring the timely resolution of any failures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Retail modules and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support: Provide L2 support for Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching, Oracle Retail Sales Audit, and Oracle Retail Price Management.
- Monitoring: Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of failures related to applications, integrations, and data flows.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the Oracle Retail environment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Oracle Retail suite.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in L2 Support, specifically with Oracle Retail modules.
- Oracle Retail Modules: Strong experience with Oracle RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL, and Merchandising.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Databricks, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
- System Knowledge: Experience supporting and managing batch jobs, integrations, and data flows.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
