Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Mobile Engineer with a strong focus on React Native to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on innovative mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mobile application development, with deep expertise in React Native, and a solid understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure application stability, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across various mobile devices and operating systems.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology and React Native development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our mobile development processes and tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications.
- Proven experience in building robust mobile applications from concept to deployment.
- Demonstrated experience in testing and debugging mobile applications to ensure quality and stability.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices to protect user data and application integrity.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Knowledge of container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as Financial Services or Insurance.
- Relevant enterprise architecture certifications like TOGAF or SAFe.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
