Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the architecture of our Power BI platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps. This role requires a strong understanding of business intelligence principles, data modeling, and best practices in data visualization and reporting. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our BI solutions align with business requirements and drive data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Architecture: Develop and design the architecture of the Power BI platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Data Modeling: Create efficient and scalable dimensional data models that facilitate data analysis and reporting.
- Dashboard Development: Lead the development of dynamic and interactive dashboards that provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Integration: Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate Power BI with various data sources and systems.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Security: Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Strategy and Planning: Advise on BI strategy and roadmaps, aligning business needs with technology advancements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members, promoting effective use of Power BI tools.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, configurations, and project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Architect or similar role, with 5-7 years of experience specifically in Power BI.
- Strong expertise in the full Microsoft BI Suite, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and integrating Power BI with various data sources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure data services and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with other BI tools and platforms.
- Power BI certification is a plus.
Work Schedule:
This is an Onsite position.
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of two rounds of video interviews.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
