Job Overview
Ecolab is seeking an experienced SAP API / BTP Solutions Delivery Lead to support integration delivery and governance across its SAP landscape. This role will lead the design and delivery of API-based integrations between SAP and external systems while helping establish best practices and governance standards within SAP BTP.
The position requires a senior consultant with EXCELLENT communication skills who can operate at a solution architect level, guide development teams, and remain hands-on when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of API-based integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
- Provide hands-on development and technical leadership within SAP BTP Integration Suite and API Management.
- Define and implement integration standards, security, and governance within the BTP environment.
- Review developer code and guide integration design decisions.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align integration architecture with business needs.
- Support ongoing operations while helping mature the organization’s BTP integration framework.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Expertise in SAP API Management and API-based integrations.
- Experience designing integrations using REST and OData services.
- Background working with SAP ECC landscapes.
- Ability to guide development teams and perform code reviews.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with S/4HANA environments.
- Experience establishing integration governance frameworks.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
