Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps / CI-CD Engineer with strong software development lifecycle (SDLC) understanding and hands-on expertise in modern deployment, automation, and monitoring frameworks. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in architectural discussions, and ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality application delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Apply company SDLC practices to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
- Assist in preparing technical design specifications aligned with functional requirements and analysis documents.
- Review functional/technical documents and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational and system-level documentation.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of Swarm deployment concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux command-line operations.
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Datadog.
Nice to Have Skills
- 3+ years Hands on experience in orchestrating CI/CD pipeline
- Swarm deployments concepts
- Hands-on experience in Argo CD Kubernetes deployments
- Proficient in Unix commands
- Experience in using AppDynamics, Datadog
- Avaya experience portal (AEP) experience good to have
