Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Agent 365 Identity & Security Specialist to join our team for a contract position. This role is crucial for securing Agent 365 deployments by managing Microsoft Entra ID identities, access controls, and Conditional Access policies. You will ensure compliance using Microsoft Defender and Purview, and troubleshoot authentication, permission, and security issues related to nonhuman/agent identities across the M365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) app registrations, Service Principals, and OAuth permissions for agents.
- Configure and manage Conditional Access policies specifically for agents, ensuring secure access.
- Troubleshoot authentication failures, permission errors, and agent identity lifecycle management issues.
- Advise customers on applying Microsoft Defender threat protection and Microsoft Purview data governance to Agent 365 deployments, including DLP policies and audit logging for agents.
- Ensure compliance controls are met for agent activities.
- Troubleshoot security and identity-related issues, including token issues, tenant configurations, and license assignments for agents.
- Provide expertise in Agent 365 Security Specialist, Agent 365 Copilot Studio, and Power Platform security.
- Act as an Agent 365 Identity Security Specialist, focusing on resource roles and identity management.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including app registrations, Service Principals, OAuth permissions, and Conditional Access for non-human identities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and Microsoft Purview compliance controls (classification, DLP, audit logs) as they apply to M365 services.
- Proven experience in security and identity troubleshooting, including token issues, tenant configuration, and license assignment.
- Understanding of Agent 365, Agent 365 Copilot Studio, and Power Platform security concepts.
- Experience with RBAC, token troubleshooting, Defender for Cloud Apps, M365 Defender, DLP, audit logs, and compliance controls.
Role Focus:
- Agent Identity Access Control: Guide customers in assigning Entra Agent IDs, configuring permissions, and setting up Conditional Access policies for agents.
- Security Compliance Support: Advise on applying Microsoft Defender threat protection and Purview data governance to Agent 365 deployments (e.g., DLP policies, audit logging for agents).
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot login authentication failures, permission errors, agent identity lifecycle management issues, and compliance check failures related to agents.
Additional Information:
- This is a contract position.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $83,200 – $93,600 per year
