Job Description: Cisco Webex CCE

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Webex CCE (Contact Center Enterprise) professional for a remote contract position. This role involves working with Cisco platform technologies to ensure seamless voice network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in Cisco Platform experience, specifically focusing on WXCC.
  • Manage and configure SIP trunks to ensure reliable voice communication.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
  • Configure and maintain AudioCodes SBCs (Session Border Controllers).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice network issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain voice network infrastructure.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of the Cisco contact center environment.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience with Cisco Platform, particularly WXCC.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing SIP trunks.
  • Strong knowledge of CUCM as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBCs.
  • Solid understanding of Voice Network technologies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Location: Remote (with potential for onsite in Woodland Hills, CA)
  • Duration: 6 months contract
  • Pay Rate: $55 – $75 per hour (estimated)
