Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in Confluent Kafka, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. This role involves hands-on work with cloud services, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure Confluent Kafka clusters, including brokers, zookeeper, control center, schema registry, and connect clusters.
- Monitor Kafka cluster health, performance, and manage broker configurations to ensure high availability.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to data flow, broker failures, and consumer lag.
- Integrate Kafka with other systems and services, such as Azure/GCP services, RESTful APIs, and databases.
- Provide production support for Kafka-related issues.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET technologies (C#) for both front-end and back-end.
- Implement responsive user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging platforms like Azure or GCP.
- Integrate and manage event-driven architectures using Confluent Kafka for scalable message streaming and processing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka clusters and cloud resources to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Implement infrastructure as code and configuration management using relevant DevOps tools like Terraform.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system scalability, security, and monitoring.
- Experience working in agile development projects and sprint delivery.
- Act as an individual contributor and problem solver, leading offshore delivery teams when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on .NET.
- Strong hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka setup, configuration, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in microservices architecture and API design.
- Solid understanding of database technologies like SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in agile development environments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
