About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer with 3+ years of experience in testing JVM-based backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rules engines, policy logic, or decision systems. Familiarity with property-based testing is a significant plus.
This role requires excellent communication skills, enabling the translation of complex standards into actionable guidance for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform validation testing for rule correctness in Drools Rule Management System.
- Ensure proper precedence and conflict detection within the rules engine.
- Conduct regression testing to verify the impact of rule changes.
- Develop and maintain deterministic test frameworks.
- Execute version compatibility testing for rule updates.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the quality and reliability of backend systems.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
