Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gen AI Solution Architect to drive the end-to-end delivery of data engineering and AI/ML products within a Microsoft-centric ecosystem. This role is crucial for ensuring all solutions align with enterprise business processes and strategic goals. You will own the full product lifecycle, from initial business requirement gathering to managing high-velocity sprints, and translate complex business needs into scalable Azure-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product life cycle in Jira and Confluence, from initial business requirement gathering and documentation (BRD) to creating refined user stories and managing high-velocity sprints.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable Azure-native architectures, bridging the gap between stakeholder requirements and technical application design.
- Serve as a Technical Product Owner for AI/ML initiatives, overseeing the transition from experimental models to production-ready services using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning.
- Maintain a deep understanding of modern application hosting trends, specifically leveraging Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to manage containerized AI workloads and microservices.
- Define and monitor success metrics and project-specific success matrices to ensure every delivery meets performance benchmarks and functional requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive ROI analysis and value mapping for each project, ensuring technical investments translate into measurable business outcomes and operational savings.
- Directly oversee project budgets and strategic resourcing, identifying the specific talent and Azure consumption models required for successful delivery.
- Lead the change management process for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high user adaptability and seamless integration of new AI products into existing workflows.
- Manage rigorous compliance and governance protocols, navigating Microsofts security frameworks and ensuring all data products meet industry-standard compliance outputs.
- Stay ahead of latest trends in the Microsoft stack, including advancements in Azure Arc for hybrid deployments and GenAI agent services to drive product innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-based activities, maintaining an overall perspective on delivery health, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across the portfolio.
- Utilize internal accelerators and modular product delivery methods to reduce time-to-market for complex data pipelines and AI-driven applications.
- Facilitate high-level strategic discussions with leadership while maintaining the ability to deep-dive into technical blockers within the development team.
- Ensure long-term product sustainability by overseeing post-delivery support, documentation in Confluence, and continuous improvement cycles based on success metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering data engineering and AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and AKS.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for product lifecycle management.
- Excellent understanding of business processes and strategic goal alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in ROI analysis and value mapping.
- Proficiency in project budget and resource management.
- Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft security frameworks and compliance protocols.
- Familiarity with Azure Arc and GenAI agent services.
- Experience in risk mitigation and portfolio management.
- Ability to work with both leadership and development teams.
- Experience with product sustainability and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
