Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and architecting complex applications on the Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on Sales Cloud and modern development technologies like Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the development of new features and enhancements using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visual Force.
  • Ensure the successful integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Provide hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce, including setup, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered agent workflows.
  • Integrate AgentForce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems for automated case handling and agent productivity improvements.
  • Utilize DevOps tools such as AutoRabit for efficient development and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Facilitate meetings to resolve issues and problems, ensuring a win-win outcome.
  • Communicate complex architectures and roadmaps effectively to senior business leadership.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Salesforce environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of minimum Salesforce-related experience in building and architecting complex applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience with LWC and Aura components.
  • 5+ years of experience with Apex & Visual Force development.
  • Proven Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Strong experience with DevOps tools like AutoRabit.
  • Must be very strong in integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce, including setup, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered agent workflows.
  • Experience integrating AgentForce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in agile methodology.
  • Ability to understand requirements clearly and articulate them well in design.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings to resolve issues/problems with a win/win result.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex architectures and roadmaps to senior business leadership.

Additional Information:

  • This is an onsite position located in Hartford, CT. Local candidates are preferred.
  • The start date is ASAP.
  • Interviews will be conducted in person.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $55 per year
