Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join the Office of the CIO (OCIO) at Brinks. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role focused on the “Business of IT.” You will play a crucial part in translating high-level IT strategy into executive-ready narratives, operational roadmaps, and data-driven insights. This role requires a candidate with a strong executive presence, technical literacy in IT towers, and the ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments. You will partner directly with the CIO leadership team and functional leads to track capability maturity and manage strategic vendor frameworks.

Coppell, TX (Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Onsite)

Employment Type:

6-Month Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 6-10 years as a Senior Business Analyst with specific experience in IT Operations or Strategy.
  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to support C-suite or Senior IT leadership teams with executive-level presentations.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of IT towers (Cyber, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture) and the “Business of IT.”
  • Independence: Ability to operate with high autonomy and exercise strong judgment in ambiguous environments.
  • Tools: Mastery of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) for creating high-fidelity leadership materials.

Role Overview:

This is a high-visibility, senior individual contributor role within the Office of the CIO (OCIO) at Brinks. Rather than traditional project-level requirements gathering, this role focuses on the “Business of IT.” You will help translate high-level IT strategy into executive-ready narratives, operational roadmaps, and data-driven insights. You will partner directly with the CIO leadership team and functional leads (Cyber, Infrastructure, AI) to track capability maturity and manage strategic vendor frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Execution Support:

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Support the OCIO by translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and executive briefing materials.
  • Capability Maturity: Assist in developing and maintaining roadmaps that map IT initiatives to specific maturity outcomes and tracking progress over time.
  • Executive Storytelling: Draft Board-level narratives and senior leadership content, refining messaging to ensure IT value is clearly communicated.

Vendor Management (VMO) & Operationalization:

  • VMO Framework: Support the development of a Strategic Vendor Management framework, including segmenting vendors and defining scoring/weighting criteria.
  • Governance Support: Partner with Procurement to assist in vendor reviews and the enablement of Supplier and Contract Management (SCM) tools.

Executive Reporting & Dashboards:

  • CIO Dashboard: Support the refinement of a CIO-level dashboard by synthesizing inputs from various IT “towers” (Infrastructure, Apps, Security).
  • Progress Tracking: Create executive-ready views that highlight progress, risks, and dependencies across the enterprise.

Global Communications & Coordination:

  • Leadership Alignment: Coordinate inputs for IT leadership meetings, global huddles, and town halls.
  • Global Context: Ensure materials reflect a global context while maintaining consistency across various regions and time zones.

Candidate Requirements:

  • ONLY H4EAD, OPT, TN Candidates
  • OPT candidates must have more than 10 years of experience.
  • H4 and TN candidates must have 8+ years of experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $65 – $85 per year (Estimated)

Location: Coppell, TX
