Job Title: OMS Consultant

Provides strategic and operational consulting for energy and utilities companies, focusing on grid modernization, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in Utility operations, outage management, DCC; strong outage processes.
  • ADMS OMS SME: Expertise in Aspen Tech OSI (detection, prediction, restoration).
  • OMS Configuration: Lead crew management, customer calls, ETR, outage lifecycle.
  • Workflow Alignment: Collaborate with operators/crews for procedural compliance.
  • System Integration: Support OMS with CIS, AMI, GIS, SCADA.
  • ICCP/DMA Multi-speak: Knowledge of ADMS/OMS data exchange.
  • Network Model: Validate readiness for outage determination.
  • System Testing: Conduct OMS feature testing and troubleshooting.
  • Training & Support: Provide operator training and go-live support.
