Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Control Engineer to create, develop, and implement control systems for automated manufacturing equipment. This includes working with PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, downtime, and quality problems in automated machinery, optimizing performance for safety and efficiency. A key aspect of this role is ensuring all automation and control systems comply with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and GMP requirements specific to medical devices.
The role also involves developing and maintaining technical documentation for control systems, supporting equipment validation activities, and ensuring change control processes are followed. You will implement new technologies, conduct root cause analysis for failures, and lead initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will support the commissioning and upgrades of manufacturing equipment, providing technical support and training to maintenance teams.
