About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead to join our client, MasTec. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering accurate, compliant, and actionable reporting across Oracle Fusion modules, including Finance, SCM, and HCM. Your expertise will directly support MasTec’s financial, operational, and executive decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the overall reporting strategy for Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within Oracle Fusion.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain reports using Oracle Fusion’s reporting tools, including OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI Publisher, and operational reports.
  • Provide comprehensive support for management, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency of data across all reporting systems and modules.
  • Manage reporting security, access controls, and establish robust governance practices to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Support end-users through training sessions and provide ongoing assistance to promote effective reporting adoption and utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any reporting issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP reporting.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher is essential.
  • Proven background in financial and operational reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
