Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HR Technical Lead to join our client, TCS, for a 6-month contract role. This position is fully remote. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 HR technical architecture, APIs, interfaces, and conversions, with strong expertise in PL/SQL and related technologies.

Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 (12.1/12.2) HR technical architecture, APIs, Interfaces, and conversions.
  • Expertise in PL/SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, BEs, DB Links, and Synonyms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with various integrations, inbound/outbound file processing, SOA/REST/SFTP.
  • Strong experience with BI/XML Publisher, Bursting, Data Templates, and Layouts.
  • Experience leading teams in WebADI, Alerts, OAF customizations, Forms Personalizations, AME/Workflow.
  • Ability to review design documents (MD050/MD070), provide technical estimations, and perform code reviews.
  • Strong SQL tuning, performance optimization, and AWR/trace analysis skills.
  • Experience in data conversions, HR/Payroll migrations, and Cutover planning.
  • Understanding of Security/GRC, SSO/LDAP/AD integrations, and audit requirements.
  • Knowledge of Custom PLL, OAF Extensions (functional & technical), and personalization rules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and development across HR modules.
  • Own the technical architecture for integrations, conversions, reports, and custom objects.
  • Review all technical deliverables, including MD070, mapping sheets, PL/SQL code, and XML templates.
  • Guide the team on complex HR APIs, element entries, retro, costing logic, and payroll flows.
  • Plan and manage cutover activities, deployments, and production migrations.
  • Troubleshoot high-priority issues across interfaces, workflows, payroll processes, and custom programs.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of WebADIs, Alerts, XML Reports, OAF Pages, and AME/Workflow enhancements.
  • Coordinate with DBA, SOA, Network, IDM, and external vendors for performance and stability.
  • Drive performance tuning initiatives (SQL tuning, indexing, statistics, materialized views).
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and maintain development best practices.

Remote. Max Pay rate : $60/hr C2C. Understanding of Security/GRC, SSO/LDAP/AD integrations, and audit requirements.
