Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a TechnoFunctional Business Analyst for Fraud Protection initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to fraud detection and fraud review.
- Support evaluation and recommendation of enterprise fraud protection tools.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze payment and fraud review flows including accept/reject decisioning.
- Participate in architecture and solution discussions.
- Support stakeholder walkthroughs and presentations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience as a TechnoFunctional Business Analyst in Fraud Protection domain.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection and transaction risk concepts.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical documentation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good to Have Skills:
- Retail or ecommerce platform experience.
- Exposure to payment flows and fraud review services.
- Enterprise consulting or advisory experience.
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Client fraud, product, and engineering teams.
- Security and risk stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year
