Job Title: Solution Architect
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise solutions across Microsoft and Salesforce platforms. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into scalable, secure, and integrated technology architectures. You will serve as the technical authority across platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, long-term scalability, and cross-system interoperability. The ideal candidate brings deep architectural experience, strong integration expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams in a fast-scaling environment.
Work Location:
Denver, CO. This is a Hybrid role, with onsite presence expected. Candidates must be local to Denver.
Rate:
$70/hr on C2C.

What You’ll Own:
- Define end-to-end solution architectures across Microsoft (Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform) and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
- Lead technical design sessions and produce high-quality architecture artifacts (diagrams, design documents, integration blueprints).
- Design and oversee cross-platform integrations, including APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization models.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and recommend scalable platform strategies.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide technical oversight during implementation to ensure alignment with approved architecture.
- Identify technical debt, scalability risks, and modernization opportunities.
- Support roadmap planning with forward-looking architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, data, security, and application teams to ensure ecosystem cohesion.
- Drive architectural reviews and participate in governance boards or design authority sessions.
Required Experience:
- 8-10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or senior-level technical design roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Deep experience across Microsoft ecosystems (Azure architecture, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform) and/or Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, platform extensibility).
- Strong experience designing enterprise integrations (REST APIs, middleware platforms, event-driven architectures, data pipelines).
- Demonstrated experience architecting scalable, secure, multi-system enterprise solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native design principles and distributed systems.
- Experience working within governance-driven or portfolio-managed delivery environments.
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions clearly to both executive and technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Salesforce Architect, or comparable certifications.
- Experience designing data models and understanding enterprise data architecture principles.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Experience in asset-intensive, infrastructure, or operationally complex industries.
