Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to design and develop data solutions using Snowflake for cloud-based data warehousing and analytics. This role involves building and optimizing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models for large-scale data processing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Snowflake tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data solutions using Snowflake for cloud-based data warehousing and analytics.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models for large-scale data processing.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Snowflake tasks for efficient data transformation.
  • Implement data sharing, security, and access control using roles, warehouses, and Snowflake features.
  • Integrate Snowflake with BI tools, cloud platforms, and external data sources for reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Snowflake performance and data integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and Stored Procedures.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and their integration with data warehouses.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
