Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant (FI/CO, SD/MM)
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with a strong background in SAP SD/MM modules and hands-on configuration experience to support a critical SAP S/4HANA implementation project for a semiconductor-related company. This is a 100% remote role, requiring candidates to be available during PST working hours. The project involves a system migration from Oracle ERP to SAP S/4HANA, making experience with such transformations highly valuable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to align current business processes with SAP best practices.
- Gather and define detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Provide expert support for SAP SD/MM module configuration and overall solution design.
- Assist in various testing phases, including Baseline Testing and Integration Testing, to ensure system functionality.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, team members, and management to ensure alignment and progress.
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the SAP implementation.
- Provide proactive progress updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between functional and technical components.
- Contribute to the successful migration from Oracle ERP to SAP S/4HANA.
Requirements:
- Strong, demonstrable experience with SAP SD and/or MM modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration is essential.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Experience with Fit-Gap analysis and requirement gathering methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote project environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Prior experience supporting ERP migration projects, especially from Oracle to SAP.
Note: This role is not open to CPT/OPT/GC candidates.
Special Requirements
No CPT/OPT/GC. Oracle ERP migration to SAP Hana is MUST.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
