Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft F&O Technical Consultant with a minimum of 15 years of experience in D365 F&O to join our team. This is a 100% remote, contract (C2C) position with a duration of 6+ months. The role involves acting as a Tech Advisor in a Support Project, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer engagement effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in support projects and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Technical Advisor in a Support Project environment.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O.
  • Manage customer engagements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in D365 F&O.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience.
  • Previous experience in a Support Project is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage customer engagement.
  • Experience as a Tech Advisor in a Support Project.
