Job Description:

  • Role: Salesforce Developer (Pharma Domain) =3D10+ – 15+Years Experience
  • Location: 100% REMOTE
  • Focus Areas:
    • Salesforce Service Cloud Voice & Amazon Connect Center expertise.
    • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce (VF), and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Build and scale Service Cloud features, including Service Console, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Knowledge.
    • Architect custom solutions that align with business objectives and project goals.
    • Facilitate communication between IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
    • Manage data modeling, integrations, and data migrations effectively.
    • Develop robust applications using Lightning components and modern technologies.
    • Integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
    • Implement advanced workflows and automation to enhance productivity.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
