Senior Infrastructure Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead infrastructure integration activities across user experience, collaboration platforms, data center/cloud architecture, directory services, and Office 365 environments.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture to design and publish standards, blueprints, patterns, principles, best practices, and technical guidelines.
  • Define strategic direction for public cloud, directory services, collaboration services, network, storage, server platforms, databases, and security technologies.
  • Promote the use of shared systems and tools to reduce costs and enable crossteam collaboration.
  • Ensure solutions do not duplicate existing capabilities and remain aligned with IT and business strategies.
  • Serve as a level 4 escalation point for operational teams, providing problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Plan lifecycle and refresh cycles to ensure solutions align with the broader application, desktop, network, server, and storage ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term infrastructure technology vision, assessing current capabilities and future needs.
  • Ensure installations and upgrades follow all policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor best practices for infrastructure architecture.
  • Review software requirements and design solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years working as an infrastructure architect.
  • Ability to lead Infrastructure and DevOps teams in delivering enterprisegrade solutions.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows Server, enterprise networking, public cloud IaaS/PaaS, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, SQL Server, virtualization platforms, and enterprise SAN storage.
  • Cloud certifications in Azure or AWS at the architecture level.

Senior ServiceNow Security Administrator with BTP IAS

Locations: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years ServiceNow Administration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
  • 3-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience in multi-instance environments (cloud and on-prem).
  • Experience managing self-hosted ServiceNow instances (required).
  • Experience managing Update Sets, configuration migration, and instance clone activities.
  • Strong understanding of user, group, and role administration, including security best practices.
  • Basic working knowledge of integration concepts, MID Servers, credentials, and secure connection principles.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding for external API connectivity (setup only; not development).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow governance standards.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration (preferred).

  • Identity & Access Management (BTP IAS Security):
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) (required).
  • Experience managing identity and access within security boundary environments (e.g., IL4, IL5) (required).
  • 3+ years of experience with identity federation, SSO, and enterprise authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Strong knowledge of user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and least-privilege principles.

Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in alignment with governance and security policies. Support customer onboarding for secure external API connectivity. Ensure configuration alignment and synchronization between cloud-hosted and on-prem ServiceNow environments. Support administration of CMDB data integrity where applicable. Work Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP IAS/IPS administration and integration.
  • Proven experience managing self-hosted ServiceNow instances in high-security environments (IL4/IL5 or FedRAMP High).
  • Proven experience managing Update Sets, configuration migration, and multi-instance synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in leading and managing the end-to-end migration project of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter is a must.
  • 8+ years of IT project management with a focus on M&A or IT integration projects.
  • Proven experience managing Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter implementations.
