Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager, Data Platforms to lead the evolution of our marketing data ecosystem, with a focus on unifying fragmented data, improving targeting capabilities, and modernizing our data infrastructure.
This role will play a critical part in stabilizing and optimizing a key technology partnership that is currently underperforming, while driving forward initiatives across identity resolution, customer data platforms (CDP), and marketing data warehousing.
You will work closely with senior leadership, including the SVP of Customer Data Platforms, to define and execute a forward-looking data strategy – one that incorporates AI, improves data quality, and enables more effective, personalized marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for data platforms supporting marketing and customer insights
- Lead efforts to address fragmented data environments, particularly those resulting from M&A activity
- Drive improvements in identity resolution, customer data unification, and segmentation capabilities
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance targeted campaign execution by consolidating and activating data across multiple sources
- Evaluate and improve performance of external technology partners, ensuring accountability and delivery
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build and optimize the marketing data warehouse
- Support campaign management systems with clean, reliable, and actionable data
- Define and track KPIs related to data quality, platform adoption, and campaign effectiveness

Technical Expertise
- Experience with Segment (CDP), including administrative or implementation exposure
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data pipelines
- Ability to work with datasets to uncover insights (e.g., eCommerce behaviors like cart abandonment)
- Experience partnering with data engineering teams on platform development
AI & Innovation Focus
- Familiarity with AI-driven data use cases, including personalization, segmentation, or automation
- Exposure to AI integrations or agent-based workflows (even at a personal or experimental level)
- Interest in contributing to an AI-forward data organization

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
