Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner with experience in the Life Sciences Industry to manage and maintain the product backlog, establish feedback loops with management, and report project progress. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing software, particularly within the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) domain. The ideal candidate will also possess basic SQL query knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the product backlog to align with business objectives.
- Establish and nurture a feedback loop with management to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Report project progress, insights, and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Identify technical and human resource needs to ensure project success.
- Gather requirements collaboratively with stakeholders and development teams.
- Analyze internal processes and external trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Define, scope, and validate software requirements to meet user needs.
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of software solutions.
- Ensure software quality through the development and execution of validation plans.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of user documentation and process guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong experience in the Life Sciences Industry.
- Experience with Manufacturing Software Project Management.
- In-depth understanding of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for project management and collaboration.
- Basic SQL query knowledge for data analysis.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
