Role: .NET Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using .NET technologies. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in the entire software development lifecycle and provide technical leadership to the team.
Responsibilities:
Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs as required.
Database Management:
- Design and manage SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
Frontend Development:
- Develop responsive UIs using ReactJS, Angular, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services.
Software Architecture:
- Participate in architectural decisions to ensure scalable and secure application designs.
- Follow best practices for clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Code Review & Mentorship:
- Review code written by junior developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Mentor team members and share best practices.
Testing & Debugging:
- Write unit tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest to ensure application reliability.
- Debug and resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Agile Development:
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
Documentation:
- Document technical designs, processes, and solutions.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
Special Requirements
Visa: H1B Only. Location: Local of VA. Employment Type: Hybrid, 3 days Onsite.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
