Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in AI (Artificial Intelligence) to join our team. This is an urgent requirement for a local candidate in Alpharetta, GA, requiring a Day 1 Onsite presence, 5 days a week, for a duration of 12+ months. Recent project experience in the banking sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business and system requirements for AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements.
  • Work with users to formulate business & system requirements, identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, technical architecture, and data sequence flows.
  • Participate in Production Support and Triaging discussions, analyzing incidents/defects to identify failure/improvement areas.
  • Experience in creating and working on policy, procedures, guardrails, or CoE would be beneficial.
  • Understand the technology stack and N-tier architecture, UX, UI, APIs/Web services, business workflow, MQ, database, SQLs, and batch processing.
  • Good understanding of synchronous and asynchronous business workflow and processing.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, including user story writing and grouping, planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams.
  • Achieve a high level of performance and quality, delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value.
  • Strong ability to take ownership and run stakeholder meetings.
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills.
  • Good documentation and writing skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of BFSI domain and Wealth Management business.
  • Minimum BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, SharePoint, and Jira.
  • Understanding of chatbots, LLM, and ML concepts.
  • Experience in Wealth Management business and Client Onboarding & Account opening.
  • Experience in participating in Production Support and Triaging discussions.
  • Experience in Agile, for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams.
  • Good verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to take ownership and run stakeholder meetings.
  • Be excellent at time management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good documentation and writing skills.
  • Stakeholder management.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must be a local resident of Georgia (GA) with a valid DL copy.
  • Recent projects must be in the banking experience.
  • 14+ years of experience is preferred.

Employment Type:

  • Onsite, 5 days a week.
  • 12+ Months Contract.

Special Requirements

Only locals, Must have local DL copy for GA, Recent projects should be in the banking experience as mandatory.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
