Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Technical Program Manager to lead critical ERP technical delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion technical architecture, integrations, and data migration, coupled with hands-on experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models. This role requires the ability to manage technical workstreams, cross-functional dependencies, and ensure the successful execution of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Delivery: Oversee the technical delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Manage Technical Workstreams: Effectively manage all technical workstreams, including development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Data Migration & Integrations: Drive data migration strategies and oversee the development and implementation of robust integrations.
- Agile/Hybrid Delivery: Implement and manage projects using Agile or Hybrid delivery models, including release planning and sprint cycles.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Performance & Scalability: Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Cutover Activities: Plan and execute successful cutover activities for go-live.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of ERP technical delivery experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion technical architecture and integrations.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, reporting, security, and extensions within Oracle Fusion.
- Proven experience with Agile / Hybrid delivery models.
- Ability to manage technical workstreams and cross-functional dependencies effectively.
- Experience with release planning, sprint cycles, and cutover activities.
- Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and security requirements for enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.

This is an on-site position located in Miami, FL.

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
