Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead/Developer for a contract role in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform. This role requires strong skills in configuration, customization, and API development within the ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow application and Application UI.
- Utilize ServiceNow APIs for development purposes.
- Participate in multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.
- Ensure required information security controls for the platform are maintained.
Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Experience in configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining information security controls for the platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations across domains (e.g., ITOM, ITBM).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
