Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Program Manager to lead client enterprise Oracle Fusion transformation initiatives. This role involves overseeing Finance, SCM, HCM, Reporting, and Integrations across multiple business segments and legal entities. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with the client’s growth strategy, operational rigor, compliance requirements, and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end governance, delivery, and outcomes of the client’s Oracle Fusion program.
- Define and manage the program roadmap, release strategy, milestones, and interdependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including client business leaders, IT, system integrators, and vendors.
- Act as the primary interface to the CIO, CFO, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage budget, forecasting, change control, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with client security, SOX, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Drive issue resolution, executive escalations, cutover readiness, and go-live success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of ERP program management experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven track record of delivering large, multi-workstream enterprise programs.
- Strong executive communication, governance, and leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Experience: 10 & Above years.
