About the Role:
Clevanoo LLC is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a 100% on-site contract position in Kansas City, MO. This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HRSD, CMDB, and CSDM modules. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 4 years of professional experience. We are looking for candidates who are local to Missouri and possess USC or GC status. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable client and contribute to critical IT service management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HRSD, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Write efficient and maintainable JavaScript code for business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and more.
- Design and develop REST and SOAP integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow data structures, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and update sets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and functionalities.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field + 4 years of professional experience; OR
- Associate degree + 6 years of professional experience; OR
- High School Diploma/GED + 8 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HRSD, CMDB, CSDM.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures, ACLs, business rules, and update sets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments (storage, backups, operating systems).
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Implementation Specialist Certifications (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, etc.)

Important Notes:
- This position is 100% On-Site in Kansas City, MO.
- Candidates must be LOCAL to MO. No relocation assistance will be provided.
- Only USC or GC holders will be considered. NO other visa types.
- Payment must be on W2 or 1099 basis. NO C2C/C2H arrangements.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
