About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SRE Architect to join our team. This role is crucial for building customer journey-based observability across applications, infrastructure, and networks. You will leverage Open Telemetry, monitoring tools, and Elastic AI Ops implementation to enhance our IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build customer journey-based observability for App, Infra, and Network using Open Telemetry/Monitoring tools and Elastic search.
  • Be very thorough in architecture design of large production IT ecosystems.
  • Gain experience in automation and tooling, Cloud, and modern infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of Ansible or Python is a plus.
  • Design and implement robust SRE solutions for large-scale production environments.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Site Reliability Engineering and cloud computing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure and operational processes.

  • The pay rate for this position is $60-65 per hour.
