Job Title: ForgeRock IGA – IAM Engineer
Softcom Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced ForgeRock IGA – IAM Engineer for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role is based in Fort Mill, SC, offering a Hybrid Onsite work model. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of overall IT experience, with a significant portion dedicated to ForgeRock technologies, specifically ForgeRock IGA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and manage ForgeRock components including OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIG, and OpenIDM.
- Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Governance, Access Management, Identity Federation, and Multi-factor Authentication solutions.
- Leverage deep expertise in the ForgeRock IAM suite to design and deploy solutions.
- Perform ForgeRock customizations, including writing scripts and developing code to fetch assertion values from multiple data sources.
- Develop and maintain connectors, rules, and policies within the ForgeRock ecosystem.
- Utilize ForgeRock AM for implementing SSO and access management.
- Manage identity provisioning and deprovisioning using ForgeRock OpenIDM.
- Develop and implement workflows, approval processes, and certification processes within the IAM framework.
- Automate ForgeRock IDM deployments using Terraform and Ansible.
- Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure robust identity and access management strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and technologies.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 2+ years of specific experience with ForgeRock IGA.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the required ForgeRock skills.
- Hands-on experience with ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIG, and OpenIDM installation and configuration.
- Thorough understanding and work experience in Single Sign-On, Identity Governance, Access Management, Identity Federation, and Multi-factor Authentication.
- Deep expertise in the ForgeRock IAM suite.
- Hands-on experience with ForgeRock customization, scripting, and code development.
- Experience with ForgeRock AM for SSO and access management.
- Experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM for provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Strong developer skills in JavaScript, Groovy, and Java.
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and creating routes/handlers in ForgeRock IG.
- Hands-on experience in automating ForgeRock IDM deployments using Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing IAM workflows, approval processes, and certification processes.
- Domain knowledge in Cybersecurity IDAM.
