Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Workday Technical Lead to drive implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Workday across core HR functions within a regulated environment. This role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of hands-on Workday experience (HCM required; Payroll preferred).
- Strong experience in System testing & validation.
- Strong experience in Requirements gathering & documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently as a technical individual contributor.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Analytical thinking.
- Excellent Problem-solving abilities.
Mandatory Criteria:
- Candidate must be local to MA, NH, or RI.
- Must be open to 3-4 days onsite.
- Must be willing to attend an onsite interview.
- Updated LinkedIn profile is required.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
