Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Engineer with over 10 years of genuine experience to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Irving, TX. The role requires a candidate who is local to Texas and possesses a valid passport number. The final interview will be conducted in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Develop and optimize data models for various analytical and reporting needs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across all data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement data security and governance best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data engineering technologies and trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
- Proven experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database systems (relational and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be local to Texas.
- Must possess a passport number.
