Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM & Risk Analyst to join our team. This role involves a dual responsibility, with approximately 75% focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and 25% on Program Management duties. The ideal candidate will optimize user access provisioning, privilege management, and entitlement lifecycle processes, while also managing third-party risk management processes and Kanban board activity tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- IAM Analysis (75%):
- Optimize user access provisioning, privilege management, and entitlement lifecycle processes across the environment.
- Define and report IAM-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain clear runbooks, standards, and user-facing guidance for IAM processes.
- Provision access via Epic templates.
- Familiarity with SCIM provisioning, app connector tuning, and entitlement mapping.
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Groovy for ScriptRunner) for automation and reporting.
- Program Management (25%):
- Manage established Third-Party Risk Management processes.
- Manage Kanban board activity tracking.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Process optimization and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of current experience as a Senior IAM & Risk Analyst.
- 1-2 years of Program Manager experience is required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, JIRA, and Privileged Identity Management (PAM).
- 5+ years of strong JIRA background, including building JIRA workflows (conditions, validators, post-functions), JIRA Automation, SLA configuration, queues, request forms, and custom fields.
- Experience provisioning access via Epic templates.
- Familiarity with SCIM provisioning, app connector tuning, and entitlement mapping.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Groovy for automation and reporting.
- Any Security Certifications are a plus: CIAM, CompTIA Security+, CISA/CISM, CISSP.

- Location: 100% Remote. Must be able to work within CST or MST time zones.
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH).
- Visa Requirements: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or Green Card EAD only.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
