Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in both CSM (Customer Service Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) modules. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions, providing support for CSM, and ensuring seamless integrations with external systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at building custom applications and optimizing platform performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Design, develop, and implement hands-on ServiceNow solutions across CSM and ITSM modules.
- Perform CSM support, including issue resolution, enhancement development, and configuration updates.
- Build and customize flows, business rules, client/server scripts, and UI policies to meet specific business needs.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or MID Server.
- Create and maintain scoped applications; strong experience with custom app development is preferred.
- Configure CSM components such as case management, workflows, SLAs, and portal enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and platform standards.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, CSM/ITSM enhancements, and recommend improvements to maximize platform value.
Additional Information:
- Employment Type: Contract (6+ Months)
- Timing: EST
- Rate: $50/hr on C2C CAD
- Urgency: Need someone who can join ASAP.
